What are the chances?

I engaged in play with a man I recently met about three weeks ago. By play, I mean of the masturbatory variety. Anyhow, when he "finishes", he ejaculates on my penis. I asked him before we even did anything if be was HIV negative. Of course I can't trust him without knowing for sure without seeing a recent test result, but who looks in the heat of the moment. Now I'm worried. Why? Because I had chafed my penis just a day before after masturbating without lube and it had a tender spot just beneath the head...RIGHT where some of his sperm landed. How big was the spot? The size of a pinhead, if even THAT big. I felt a bit of tingle when it happened. Not sure if it was just because the spot was sore or because it was stinging due to the impact of his semen. Regardless, I'm now scared ******** because this guy is out and about, all casual like, with other men. He's a bottom, mind you, which means MAJOR susceptibility of contracting HIV if having unprotected sex. He was the first guy I had done anything with since a monogamous relationship. What are the chances that if this guy were positive that I could be positive, now, too?

You never had an exposure.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
