What do I have

What do I have ? I have has these red bumps  with little dimples on my arms, shoulders, and very few on my leg. The majority of the bumps are very small, but I can notice them. They don't itch they are just there. But I have sratched them and scratching makes them enlarge and get bright red. I have a few ideas of where I got them. 1) maybe from a hotel room and the sheets I slept in. I slept in the hotel on July 8. 2nd Another idea is maybe from a sexual encounter, I had a condom on, and was inside for only 1 min. This encounter took place before July, mid June late June. Bumps started to occur late July, early August. So they've been around for almost 2 months. The amount of them Is less than before and smaller. I also have joint pain. I think it's either Molluscum Contagiosum from a poxvirus because of the shape of the and size of the bumps or something far worse like HIV, which frightens me. I'm not sure what it is ? Please help?

I feel better. I am a bit of a hypochondriac and panic and get anxious about stuff like this.
What are some common HIV red flags or symptoms that make it obvious hiv?

I'm thinking about that , maybe get a biopsy. But I think it's molluscum contingiosum. By the characteristics of the bumps
