I have sex with escorts with protection,but i have oral sex without protection for 1-minute. but sex workers are healhy. but I am scared for HIV, is there any chances for HIV by doing oral without protection.

You were not at risk for contracting HIV as you had proteced sex and oral sex, even unprotected is not a risk for HIV.
There is every chance of getting STE if you happen to have any sexual activity with sex worker. even skin to skin can give you herpes. So one should not take any chance without protection.
