High anxiety about HIV

So, I’ve always had extreme anxiety when it comes to STDs of all sorts. Now I’m worried about possibly having HIV. I’m 20 year old female andI was wondering how possible it is to contract HIV from male ejaculation in my mouth and on my body (in case I have any cuts of some sort in my mouth or body). I’m worried because I have had some symptoms that could indicate HIV but not sure. The most obvious symptom is I can feel two lumps under both sides of my jaws that have been there for many months and have not gone away. The only thing I can find online is swollen lymph nodes that can be caused by HIV. I’m mainly worried because they have been there for months. (At least 7-8 months). Also 1-2 years ago I remember waking up a few days in a row completely sweating. I know night sweats are a sign of HIV and I don’t remember having a flu at the time so I don’t know what else it could be caused by. I hate being so worried, can someone please provide insight. Thank you!

You had no risk and any HIV test would be a waste of time. You don't have any medical training, so it is not surprising that you can't figure what the lumps or sweating is but likely whatever lumps you think you have discovered have been there all along.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
3. sharing needles that you inject with. Your situation is a long way from any of these 3.
Even with blood, lactation, cuts, rashes, burns, etc the air or the saliva does not allow inactivated virus to infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. The above HIV science is 40 years old and very well established so there is no detail that you can add that will make any of your encounter a risk for HIV.  No one in 40 years of HIV history got HIV from the situation you are concerned about so it is unlikely that it will happen in the next 40 of your lifetime either.
