Moving on from no risk

I’ve been told by the community here that my encounter was a NO risk.

I’ve developed some anxiety around the subject.
Semen on a cut near anus during frontage with no penetration was my story.

Internet is filled with so many scenarios and hypothetical risks. It’s consuming my life.

Anyone have any links to some content than can help me keep sane.

I’ve developed muscle spasms and neck pain I’m assuming to stress idk

You are spending lots of time Googling for death, yet you wonder why you are anxious every time you find something that scares you?
Going to different forums trying to find a solution to your somewhat self-imposed anxiety won't work. You have to put the effort into the solution but your post above indicates you are unwilling.

I have never experienced anxiety or a situation like this. So when my body is twitching all day neck, leg , thigh calf , arm etc. I’ve never dealt with this so I imagine the worst.  I have not personally shared any of this with anyone I’ve been holding it all in
