Need your help

Hello everyone.I would really appreciate your help,i have been desperate to find some help and clues to my problem.Long story short,i had unproteced vaginal sex with a girl that I think i knew very well.2 weeks after exposure, while being anxious about my stupid act that I did't use protection, while listeing to my teacher i felt this wierd sensation going thru my body, and right after that, got this temperature that last till this day but now it's low grade, got swollen lymph nodes that are present to this day(its been over 3 months of the exposure) and all other symptomes but they are not as severe and scary as these are.I got 3 HIV test,11 week(77 days,4th gen combo),12 weeks(83days,oraquick rapid test)and 90 days(4th gen combo). As I assume that you will tell me that my test are 100%conclusive,i still can't rest my mind thinking about that maybe the nurse reused a needle. As i set down to draw my blood,i got the urge to see if she did everything that a nurse should do.As I was watching her,she told me to turn my head to the other side not to look, and I think that she put the needle at the plastic holder where the previous needle was while she put one her latex gloves.I know guys,I sound really irrational and stupid, but i hope you have some understanding for us HIV scared folks.I have a couple of question and hope you answer them as quick as you can.
1.Are my symptomes related to ars and seroconverstion?
2.Why is my fever still lasting and the lymph nodes won't decresse  in size,I dont remeber one day waking up and not feeling this feverish,i really need some medical advice about this.
3.Are my 3 tests(2 combo and 1 oraqucik)condlusive?
4.Is there any theoretical chance that the nurese infected my with HIV(the needle hurt so bad,not as the previus one,and the nurse looked like she was in a rush)
I live in an European country with a population of 4.2 million inhabitatns, and there are less then 100 women that have HIV,but still scared that I might have been the unlucky one
I would really appreciate your help,I know that this is more of a psychological game, but the fever and the glands are killing me.God bless you all and have a nice weekend!

While you had a risk over three months ago by having unprotected sex, you didn't get HIV from it.  All of your negative tests prove that. And the odds of getting HIV from a single episode of unprotected sex are very low.  Believe your tests. Then when you start throwing in that*maybe* you got hiv from the test . . .  time to sincerely seek help for your anxiety.  That's getting out of hand.  Your symptoms are not due to hiv.  Move on as you tested negative, conclusively.

The most important thing is u have done all those hiv test and it came back negative.
So your symptoms surely cant be from hiv,i know the symptoms are bothering you and its best to talk to a doctor about it but for sure it cant be from hiv.
Hiv test are very accurate and sensitive when done enough time after the exposure, believe your test result.
