Dedo en el ano contagio de vih
Tuve un encuentro casual con un chico desconocido solo hubo caricias roces. El riesgo sucede en que le introduje los dedos en su ano primero con la mano derecha y luego con la izquierda así sucesivanente. Cuando terminamos y fui a casa note restos de sangre seca en la cutícula del dedo de la mano derecha pero no tenia herida alguna. En el dedo de la otra mano no observe nada de sangre pero tengo un pellejito levantado cerca a la uña, se llama padrastro., pero no sale sangre ni me arde nada solo es un pellejito levantado. Mi duda es que si a través de este padrastro se puede contraer vih ya que podría existir heridas que uno o ve a simple vista

You didn't have a risk. Using fingers for penetration does not infect with HIV. In an adult, the only way you have a risk is through unprotected anal or vaginal sex using your penis without a condom. Also, sharing drug needles with infected users is a risk. Using your finger is not a risk, even if you had a paper cut or busted cuticle or whatever. It's still not a risk.

You can't acquire HIV from inserting your finger in to some one's anus even if he was HIV positive. Despite of having superficial cuts on your finger and it coming in contact with the infected blood,  it is not a risk.

No one has ever contracted the virus in that manner,  you are not going to be the first one. Not an HIV concern.  No testing needed.
