what to do

Please tell me if I have an open bleeding cut and come in contact with an HIV positive person, is that considered a risk (not sure if he had open cut or if he was bleeding).
Exaclty 8 days after the incident I have down cold flu like symptoms and I have been caughing all day. is too ealy for ARS? I need help please

How do I know..because a cut is not a risk. and you did not come into contact with someone who is HIV+ who also had a cut.

You had no risk simple as that.

To answer your irrational questions...No coughing is not a symptom and 8 days is way too soon.

Now move on you had no risk.

No, 8 days is not too early to experience symtoms,

however from your description the would be no risk

An ID doctor once told me that even HIV pos blood splashing onto a small cut or graze is considered v. low risk.

If you are really worried then test a 3 months for peace of mind, not that i would say it is needed.

With all due repspect how can you tell I had no rsik fromthe little discription I gave you. I know you get a lot of these questions butI know you get a lot of these questions but I have a very unique situation. Please based on what you know Is caughing an ARS symptom? is 8 days to ealy for symptoms? I promise I won't have follow up question if you answer these questions

No you didn't or you don't know what no risk means. How can you have symptoms if you had no risk to catch HIV?
