4th generation test with p24+ab test

How many days are window period for HIV 4th generation p24+ab test?  14 days or 21 days? If I’m a regular person without surgery or any immune diseases, how many days I should do that test after exposure? And is there any cause that shows person who had 4th generation test with negative after 3 weeks exposure turns positive after 6 weeks exposure?

Your question has been answered that you had no risk for HIV.

Is this the same exposure concern as you had previously?

Yes because I really worry about my family and my kids
And also I’m worry about hpv
You've already been answered here.  Anxious questioning of a non risk event is something we can't help you with.  You've been told no risk and that's the only answer you will get on this forum.
If you can't move on, please speak to your doctor about anxiety.  We can't continue to reassure you when anxiety is making you unable to accept logical answers.
So no syphilis no hpv no hiv nothing, nothing at all? Even that for science can you help me with the window period question?

You didn't have any exposure, so there was no "after 6 weeks exposure" for hiv. Your anxiety is a bit of a mental health issue at this point so consider talking to a mental health therapist to try to live a normal life.

Thanks doc, but I think I really need a  negative test to beat my fear. I think mental therapy would not help me. And for now I’m worry about syphilis, I really need to know

Correction: is there any case shows that shows person who had 4th generation test with negative after 3 weeks exposure turns positive after 6 weeks exposure?
