Please, please.....I'm losing it. (Please read all)

I'm at a loss, I'm scared, confused, freaking out, really losing it. My husband and I split, and I got promiscuous. Ive posted before, but never went into detail. The first male, we had sexual intercourse that was protected with a condom. He never ejaculated. I gave him oral, and he  did ejaculate in my mouth. I spit it out pretty quick. He was well in dowd and ripped me. But condom never busted. Second guy, same thing. Literally. Except he didnt rip me. The next three guys were strictly oral. Two never ejaculated and one I did swallow. But one of them that i did perform oral on, was a needle injecter (drugs). Never knew. He was quit rough, but never came. I had a small ulser in my mouth that was healing. Im terrified. Since then, in the last 58 days since him, i had a sore throat once. Doc said it was a cold. Now over the last 2 weeks, I'm getting hot flashes, and cramping. Feels like a pinching in my cervix. I will, say that i went to er shortly after my last incident and did vaginal swab, tested negative for gono, chlamydia, trich and something else. Still gave me shot and a dose of medicine to clear up anything i moght have gotten. Im terrified i have hiv. Please please, im losing it.

No don't stress on it. The mind is a powerful thing and can make you feel sicker and can actually manifest supposed "symptoms". If you find you can't get past the anxiety why not just test at 4-6 weeks. I only suggest that to beat the anxiety. You can be confident it will be negative.

Another thing, in terms of HIV, testing always overrules symptoms no matter how "HIV like" they are.

We've all been there with the crazy symptoms, tests, and worries. Your doctor is correct. Unprotected vaginal or anal sex is high risk. You used protection so your risk is non-existent He was good to give you a zpak just in case. The mouth is lethal to hiv and kills it.  Putting it in perspective, lets say oral sex was a true risk, you would have an explosion of infections but this hasn't happened.

I was given a rocephen shot in the butt and 4 zithromax. My doc has reassured me over and over that it takes rough sex with someone HIV positive to contract it. Or needle users. Which I'm not. Im so depressed and i felt better for while but all these symptoms have me in a panic. Pure psychotic mode.

On this forum giving oral sex is not considered a risk for HIV. The drs on this site have said you have to give oral sex for 27 years to drum up a chance to get infected.  Ulcers are not considered an issue and even swallowing HIV+ semen won't affect you. You have to have extremely poor oral health to even be a low risk.  STDs can be xmitted orally and detected through throat swabs. Throat STDs are asymptomatic and some, like gonorrhea clear by themselves.
