Genuine risk. Just looking for some help

I should explain first of all that I have severe anxiety for which I'm medicated. In particular the last few years I've become very concerned with my health.
Anyway that said, I have had a genuine risk. Unprotected vaginal sex with a man I work with. I know it was wrong but I fell for him and in the heat of the moment and after lots of alcohol it happened and it's done now. However for a normal person this is probably bad. For me,
It's taken over my life. I can think of nothing else almost every minute of every day.
I guess my questions are as follows. The incident was 3 weeks ago. 3 days afterwards I came down with tonsilitis. A course of antibiotics cleared it up however now, 3 weeks later, it seems to be back. Doctor couldn't see any puss etc on tonsils this time but my glands are up and my tonsils are swollen and I feel genuinely fatigued and run down. Although I've had tonsilitis so many times in tr past I've never had it this close together and I'm worrying myself sick literally that its hiv ars. The man is white British and says he's clean but I take no ones word for anything anymore. I've worked with him for a long time and know he's a decent man but again this doesn't always go for much. Second question I suppose is this - I had a duo antigen and antibody test at 14 days which was negative as were all the tests for all other std. I know 28 days is conclusive but what is the likelihood that a duo at 14 days gives an accurate result. This seems a hard question to find any answers too.
I'd appreciate anyone's help and advice as I'm really struggling here. Please no judgement or comments about condoms as no one could possibly beat me up more than I'm beating myself up believe me.

I am in same situation too I had unprotected sex 8th Weeks ago (9th Week is going on) & my symptoms are cough and throat pain. I am confuse either its related to HIV or environmental changes because at my place the weather changes unexpectedly. I had -ve test result on 3rd week of exposure. I will visit Dr this week and will update result.
This mistake is making me crazy too. I couldn't focus in my work and studies. Please share your test result here. I will share too.

That's not a risk honestly. I know how your mind convinces you otherwise though when you feel this way. If I were you I wouldn't even test I honestly wouldn't. I hope you can relax and manage to find some peace in your mind
3 weeks past incident now. I'm getting a same day results duo test at 4 weeks this week. I've had the flu etc so many times before but this time I can't help but link them. Do you have symptoms? What was your risk
