Condom break with CSW. HIV risk

Hello guys, I had an unfortunate encounter that I'm now regretting. On evening of 27 october, I had sex with a brothel CSW in delhi India, it was with condom but during the last 10-15 secs it got broken (it was intact before, just ripped in the last 10-15 secs) and I ejaculated inside her. She was visibly upset and demanded more money from me saying she charges more for this. This thing got me scared, I talked to doctor and they told me that it was a low risk exposure and I don't need PEP for it but the anxiety got the worst of me and I started PEP at around 48-49 hrs from exposure. Now I am sitting in guilt and desperation as time is passing very slowly. I'll test 5-6 week post last pep dose. Was I at risk for such a brief exposure? Should I expect a hiv negative result in the end? Thanks to all

Considering the doctor told you that you didn't need pep since it was a low risk, uh, ya. You are negative and tested in the time post pep that it is conclusive to get the negative we told you that you'd get.

Yes, my gut feeling was that I am alright but the anxiety was over the top.

Likely she is negative if she always uses a condom. However when she said she charges more money it seems she doesn't always use a condom. Condoms cost her money so I would be optimistic and assume she is negative and only buys them to protect herself most of the time. She could even be lying when she says she charges more - perhaps she doesn't allow people to do this and just tried to bluff you into paying more since it was too late to prevent it.
15 seconds is probably not long enough for you to get infected so I would stop worrying for that reason. You only have to wait 4 weeks post last dose for a conclusive result if you use a duo test.
I don't like to advise people with short exposures about whether they should be on PEP but someone else here will post later with an opinion.

Thankyou for your assessment, I also think  she was trying to make more money after the the broken condom. It's just the fear that got me to take the PEP.
Hello there, today was the 29th day since the last dose of my PEP, I tested with a hiv combo test today and the result was negative. Do I consider it as conclusive?
