Our members have already expressed to you the manner in which HIV is transmitted.   As they have said, this is not a risk.

The science hasn't changed in 40 years, so it hasn't changed since you asked yesterday. https://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/Fear-that-I-got-HIV/show/3063623
Your ideas are unscientific so consider therapy or see your doctor so they can explain that you are wasting your life because of your own unscientific ideas.

Thanks for the knowledge, too much anxiety
If you have a sore neck see a doc or physiotherapist instead of wasting your time working on your personal hiv ideas, because you don't have any medical training. You can't diagnose disease and have wasted lots of time trying.
THis is not the place to solve anxiety. The first step to peace is to stop googling for death and examining your body cold turkey. Then see a therapist if you are still stuck with anxiety.
Thanks for the advice
