Worried

I'm HIV negative by Elisa and HIV RNA resulted <400 copies / mL.  What does this mean? My last unprotected sexual exposure was in 2006.  I'm a nurse & I was splashed with a drop blood from a patient's surgical drain in my eye. The splash happened in October.  The HIV tests were drawn in December.  My Dr didn't mention the RNA results & said my test was negative.  I recently came across my lab results.  That's when I found the RNA results.  Is this a negative result?  Should I be concerned?

Thanks so much.  It wasn't an ULTRA test.  The lower detection limit on the test was 400 copies/  mL.  I know this test isn't used as a diagnostic test.  I just didn't understand why it didn't result as "not detected" vs <400 copies/mL.  It was just very alarming to me.

If it wasn't an ULTRA test then yes it is negative. Standard is below 400 and an UTRA is less than 5O.
