Worring about the hiv test

I am worring about the following things, and I hope the experts can evaluate the risk of getting hiv or syphilis.
A nurse touched the needle(all of it) for 3seconds  with her medical gloves before she did the blood drawing for me to have the hiv test.(I confused why she did  this)  After 5 seconds  she put the needle to Insert my blood vessel.    The  needle was single use but I do not know if the gloves was . If there were hiv or syphilis virus on the gloves, will I have the risk ?
We can consider the amount of the virus and the time please.
Thak you very much!

yes, the liquid was on the gloves, not on the needle. but the nurse actually touched the needle(all of it ) for 2-3 secondes,so it was possible that the liquid was on the needle, although it was little. waiting for your reply .

The liquid(or whatever)  was on the glove.
Not on the needle. Right?

If yes.. Then no risk for anything.
