Worry

i had my hiv test negative 72 days post exposure...but after that i had swollen posterior cervical and also suboccipital on the right side...ans i also had itch on the body and will have little bumps after scratching...is the test reliable?and is the swollen nodes and itch of body related?thank you

it is HIGHLY unlikely that your 10 week negative will change in the next two weeks.   expect a negative on your 3 month / conclusive test result.

Your test is reliable at 72 days but not conclusive.

For a conclusive result you should test at 12 weeks.
