Wound to wound HIV transmission?

I was hitting a punching bag with no gloves and got two cuts on my knuckles. Several days later someone random person came up to me for a high five and I gave him an open fist, same hand with cut knuckles. After the contact my cut started bleeding. I'm frighten of the chances that I may have been infected with HIV. What are the chances? I'm really worried.
