Yes this might sound dumb...

Sorry if this seems disgusting and graphic but...the other day I wasn;t feeling well and passed a large stool in the public washroom at my university's dorm; because of that my anus was bleeding (not alot but there was some blood). I didn;t notice until after I wiped there that the tissue and my finger touched the underside of the toilet seat and edge of the bowl.
Is there any chance of me contracting HIV or any STDs/STIs? (sorry sex ed was a long time ago and I just came here and haven't looked around much). Also I don't know too much about the lifespan of HIV outside of the body and under a toilet seat (supposedly a few minutes?). I heard doctors answer these questions so please a response would be greatly appreciated.
