Am I at risk?

I am a Chinese student, male.Yesterday, I went to my school hodpital to have a 13 weeks rapid test.It was negative. But after I drawn the blood, when I was putting the cotton swab on the needle hole for several minutes, I want to change a cotton swab.So I asked the doctor vbehind the window to get a new one.He put a pocket of swab on the desk.I got it.There is no problem I know. But there is a used swab near the pocket.(A Indian foreign student drawn the blood before me,And you know,India has many HIV patients)If I used his swab to leave aside my needle hole, assuming that he has hiv, am I at risk?

No because the HIV virus is fragile and can't survive outside the body.
It's highly doubtful in any case that they would have given you a used swab and I'm sure you would have noticed it if they had.
Even in the highly unlikely event that they had and you hadn't the virus would have died before you had a chance to apply it.
So even in the unlikely event that he even had HIV to begin with, which he more than likely didn't, you would have nothing to worry about.
So stop worrying, you didn't have a risk
