a condom issue I need your evaluation

Thanks for such a great service, much appreciated.
After I had protected vaginal sex with a lady (unknown HIV status) I pulled out myself a little after ejaculation. As I was loose, the condom was not properly covering my penis. It was not hanging out from her vagina, it was still on my penis but covering only half of the the tip, I mean half of the penis head was not covered. In other words, condom was sagging with a tiny touch to my penis. Do you think this situation requires to test ?
Thank you

If your urethra was uncovered at any time during intercourse, you did have a risk.  However, the risk is EXTREMELY low, and it is up to you whether to bother testing or not.

Just one follow-up question. Despite condom covering only half of my penis head, the urethra opening, I mean the hole was covered after I pulled out. So I guess it should be covered during intercourse as it was still covering after pulling out. Is "covering urethra" enough to be safe ?  thank you
