question risk or not

Hi

I'm a gay man, I've met a man very briefly and we had masturbation. I did not touch him and he did not touch me either. When he ejaculated he put some of his semen on my shoes.

Then I put my clothes on and I touched my shoes with his semen on it. I took my car and when I drove back I put my finger on my face and then realised it was his semen.... Is it a risk for hiv or any std ?

"As far as HIV is concerned, there is no known risk of getting HIV from performing oral sex on an infected partner, even if that person's genital secretions get into your eyes or if you swallow." Dr.Hook

HIV is not spread by oral sex, giving or receiving, even if sores, gum disease or blood is present

no risk at all ? even there was a contact between me and his semen (maybe in my mouth after I realised I had on my finger)
