I just wanted to say thank you for everyone who responded to me. It is great when you are scared, to be able to come on this site and talk to people and have questions answered, even if they are stupid questions. I was really scared because there is a lot of misinformation out there and this forum really helped put my mind at ease. Thank you again. NOw I am just going to happily go on living my life, safely this time.
Thanks again
Thanks.OMG! Like a weight lifted.
yes you are negative.. congrats!
Well I just got back my 20 week test. it says specimen reactive relative to the negative cutoff. and thean it says non reactive. That means negative right. And if it does Yeah!
Thanks both of you. I'm afraid I have a bitof OCD and it has leaked into this part of my life also. lol. Thanks for being patient.
Yes, Home Access collection kits are just as reliable. The testing is all the same.
Yes, otherwise it would not be approved by the FDA for home testing.
One more question? Are the Home Access tests as reliable as a blood test taken in a drs office?
So even though Im getting repeated yeast infections, I should trust in the negative HIV test I took
but havent I read that yeast infections are a sign that you have HIV?
Your 16 week test was conclusive... yeast infections are NOT a sign of acute HIV infection.
