hiv risk

Hi I wanted to know the HIV risk for my gf if i had one time unprotected sex with her for about two minute without ejaculating in her.  I had had sex outside of the relationship a few weeks back it was protected and the condom did not break (but i was a little flacid in the woman, but the condom was fully on)  she had a sore throat for a few days and a rash like thing on her chin its dry flaky skin on one side and it has small light red bumps (no itch at all or pain for her)  could be because that is where she used to have more acne, and her acne medication caused a reaction. (no other symptoms for her no fever or anything else).  What is the risk?

Aso I have a small boil on the foreskin of my penis and was worried about that with a few red dots on my chest.  Again no fever or anything else any risk.

(sex was protected but was just worried incase)

Thank you,
CJ

Thank you Teak,
Just making sure that there is no reason to worry with the symptoms.  I will update in a few weeks after test results (which I am sure will be negative based on what you and DR. EWH have said, just need peace of mind)  Thank you and have a gread day
