another negative at 137 days post exposure

i have tested negative with the rapid inger prick test at 137 days( 4.5 months) post exposure but cant get HIV out of my head. advise guys cause i got ARS.

thanx. god bless u. u have give light to my life. was so down. the doctors here in east africa are outdated i think cause they told me HIV can go undetected even for a year. so i should get tested out to nine months. that gots gots me so worried and crazy

Those doctors are wrong.The HIV window period has been 3 months since 2004.You tested past 3 months--You don't have HIV.Relax and be happy now.

No.6 months is outdated.You have a conclusive result already.Time to forget about HIV.

You never got ARS because you have a conclusive result.You don't have HIV.You can move on now.
