any help!!

ok so heres my story

im a heterosexual male who had a encounter with an unknown female . we had unprotected vaginal sex for about 2-3 minutes.

-i got a full std panel 30 days after encounter and it was all negative including hiv
-about 76 days after the encounter i started having diahreaa, muscle pain and no appetite....this lasted for two weeks.
-85 days after exposure i got a rash on my face and neck that looked like a macropapular rash that is associated with primary hiv infection.it lasted for a day or less...i also had red hands and slightly red shins.
- i got a rapid hiv test 86 days after exposure and it was negative.

i thought i was in the clear but now im freaking out.
-its been 11 months since the encounter and i have oral hairy leukoplakia
-i also have weird red bubbly spots under my tongue that are freaking me out
-my hands peel quite often now and they didnt before and this can be because of a immunedeficiency
-my feet fall assleep more than often now
-dry mouth

any help will be appreciated im freaking out and think i have hiv!! so depressed cant do anything

Hi, maybe my story can help you a bit. I had unprotected sex six months ago. Two weeks after that I began to develop symptoms. Enlarged lymph nodes, pain in the legs, night sweats, some rash in one arm, shaking hands, an herpes-like infection in the tongue. Not all at the same time, but one after the other in the course of fore or five months. I still have some symptoms, like strange sensation in the legs, and some mouth problems (inflammation under the tongue). I have been scared to dead, couldn't sleep for months, nor work or live. However, all my tests have come negative! Including 4th generation tests, 3rd generation tests, quantitative PCR (do not do this test, it is not approved for diagnosis), and HCV test. So, the most likely explanation is that my symptoms are not due to HIV nor HCV, (maybe other virus... don't know). The same apply to you, if you already tested past three months. Some note, when I gen nervous I get hand peeling (has nothing to do with HIV). Go to a Dr to find out the cause of your symptoms.

The best advice is go to a doctor. However most of the symptoms you mentioned are not HIV related.
