The best advice is go to a doctor. However most of the symptoms you mentioned are not HIV related.
You don't have HIV you have a conclusive result.
Hi, maybe my story can help you a bit. I had unprotected sex six months ago. Two weeks after that I began to develop symptoms. Enlarged lymph nodes, pain in the legs, night sweats, some rash in one arm, shaking hands, an herpes-like infection in the tongue. Not all at the same time, but one after the other in the course of fore or five months. I still have some symptoms, like strange sensation in the legs, and some mouth problems (inflammation under the tongue). I have been scared to dead, couldn't sleep for months, nor work or live. However, all my tests have come negative! Including 4th generation tests, 3rd generation tests, quantitative PCR (do not do this test, it is not approved for diagnosis), and HCV test. So, the most likely explanation is that my symptoms are not due to HIV nor HCV, (maybe other virus... don't know). The same apply to you, if you already tested past three months. Some note, when I gen nervous I get hand peeling (has nothing to do with HIV). Go to a Dr to find out the cause of your symptoms.
the cdc recomends 6 month testing i have read
If you call the CDC they will tell you 3 months. As will any HIV hotline and most HIV websites.
