anyone can help me please if i need hiv test please

i went to get a blood draw
the needle was 2 pieces i think

1- the tube which it was packaged
2-the needle which im not sure if it was packaged or not
that is killing me thinking about that every single day

also because when he start to draw blood from my hand i think i see some blood
inside that needle which i dont khnow if that blood mine or it was in the needle
from onother person

if that blood was hiv positive blood and get in my vein can i get hiv

also what makes me soo wory because
when he start to draw blood from my hand (my vein )
he was doning negative and positive pressure to make my blood get out
so in that way if there is some blood inside that needle from hiv positive man
it will get in my vein right?

when drawing blood...there is nothing injected (going into your vein).  the needle goes in and if a vacutaniner was used, it automatically pulls the blood from the vein.  if a syringe was used, the person drawing the blood pulls the blood into the syringe.  everything is coming out...NOT going in.  if there was blood ON the needle...it would have been rendered inactive and unable to infect when exposed to air.

you had NO risk from the situation that you are describing.
