Do I need Post exposure Profilaxis? - insertive oral sex with lesion onn

Hello. I am passing for a very stressing time right now. Two days ago my bf gave a blowjob while he was a little drunk. It was a little heavy though, five hours after that I took a shower and saw a small lesion on the head, it was like a scratch, the next time I saw it was before sleeping it was more red and painless. Could I be infected?. Does Hiv leaves a small lesion when it gets into the body?. I red that somewhere. Please help. Should I take Pep?

You know my feelings on your situation.

I strongly feel if you're still having excessive amounts of anxiety and worrying about HIV, then you need to revisit if this is a healthy relationship for you or not.  You have irrational anxiety about HIV, which makes you having a relationship with an infected person very difficult.

You don't have an HIV risk, you already are well aware of the activities that would put you at risk.

My anxiety levels have decreased a lot. From one to ten now I am in 4-5. I woke up feeling irritated and thought maybe I need to consult this. Anyway it's not that I am extremely anxious about this.
