but still symptoms persist!!!

doc still after 7 weeks of testing negative symptoms have started..like back pain..tiredness, neck pain...n these are happening after my 7 week test....nw is dat d period of seroconversion for me!!!pls give me ans doc as i am too scared and worried

Forget the symptoms, the test reuslts dont lie and yours was far enough out to give you accurate results. Just go back at 3 months and put it to rest.

You cannot use symptoms to diagnose HIV. The only thing that can do that is an HIV antibody test, preferably three months after any unprotected sexual encounter or shared use of needles. Your symptoms, however, sound a lot more like stress than HIV infection.

Without knowing anything about your exposure I can't say what the odds are that you have contracted HIV, but a negative test after 7 weeks is a very encouraging sign and very, very, very unlikely to become positive if you test again. Still, get tested at three months post-exposure just to be absolutely certain.
