Ok, thank you very much. I know it would be "solved" with a single test, but I'm too affraid to do it... It's stupid, I know, but the fear is very very big... I had an anxiety disorder because of that and I was put on medication for anxiety...
Well, I saw your profile and I read about you. How are you? Is everything all right? I read you stayed 21 years without meds. But how are you now? All right?
Thanks
HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
Thanks a lot, Teak!
Let me just ask another thing. Sorry if i'm being annoying... It's due to worries... :(
A little drop of blood left in a razor (a "gillete" razor, ok). Let's suppose that the blood is infected. Then, 5 minutes later, someone uses it, shaving the face with water and soap... Is there no risk even so?
And a LAST question, I promess.. We all read that there's no way to detect hiv via normal blood test. But let's imagine this situation: 9 years after a possible exposition, the lymphocytes were normal. 11 years after that, another simple blood test showed that the lymphocytes continues normal (with an increase, still inside the normal range).
The question is: after so many time, if there's an infection with hiv, would the lymphocytes decrease in this period?
Thanks a lot again!!!!!!!
No you didn't have a risk from using his razor.
