conndom came off very scared

I had vaginal sex with a white female. it was protected all the way to the end. when I pulled out the condom did not come back with me. I didn't think of any thing about it, until the lady told me to get tested and took off fast. I got tested within a few days. the results came back negative. soon after I got tested I got sick with in days of the incident. it lasted a week. but my neck started hurting bad and has not gone away. I got tested again at the 32 day mark and the results came back negative again. these tests were done at the county clinic. blood test don't know what kind of test. the nurse says shes seen this neck issue with people before. could be anxiety. but I don't know. I went to the doctor and he says I have a hernia by my right groin and could also be causeing my neck pain. I don't know what to do. I am going crazy and am really scared. can someone shed some light on this situation. thank you

thank you for your response. I see that you answer a lot of questions for a lot of people. the girl said she felt the condom come off at the very end. do you still think I should be concerned. its been sixty day after the exposure and I have no fever but I do feel like I have to spit all the time. it could be sinus. what do you think? do you think its a coincidence? thank you for your help

If you lost the condom on withdraw you never had an exposure and don't need a HIV test even if your partner was HIV positive.
