In the area of the world i am from, women like to have their clit tapped or vigorously rubbed with the head of the penis until they produce water (maybe its urine or maybe ejaculate, but its its clear, orderless and its in large quantities.) if there is no condom and there is no penetration, just large amount of this clear water fluid that is producd then is there hiv exposure? i have lived in the usa and europe and know women there want oral sex but where i am from this is the thing that is required and they can be quite disappointed if it is not performed.
can u tell me if u would advise pep for the insertive partner of a vaginal condom breakage when the female is confirmed hiv+? what are the risks? i am in a country where pep treatment is free and it is givin for any exposure. have been on it 2 days and do not know if my exposure warrants it.
