Kind attention

I was in ladies bar and a female sat on on my lap and was rubbing my penis on her vagina(without condom). But i could not feel anything as my penis was not fully erect and couldn't feel anything. The next day asked her if there was any penetration to which she replied that the penis slightly went inside ( but i didnt feel any kind of sensation) on checking i found that she was wearing her panties. Next day she took hiv duo antigen and antibody test which came negative....do I need to test for myself

While a different encounter, previous information about what is and is not a risk apply.

You can't get HIV through clothing. She was wearing panties. You did NOT penetrate her through panties. That's not even a possibility.

You have been asking about strip club encounters for several years now. If you are THIS worried after every time you go, maybe it's not the best activity for you.

Anyway, the risks for HIV have not changed since the first time you asked: https://www.medhelp.org/posts/HIV-Prevention/DEEPLY-WORRIED-HIV/show/3065540

Previously she said there was some penetration & after 2 days she took hiv duo test which came negative.....do I need to test
This was a new encounter
You didn't penetrate her through panties. That absolutely DID NOT happen. It doesn't matter what she said. You're asking about an impossible situation, and we aren't going to address an imagined event here.
Can I rely on her test reports as she tested    hiv duo antigen and antibody negative
But in the first place she said that their was slight penetration and the next day out of fear I had asked her does she wear anything to which she showed her inside panties ....
