None of the things you mention will lead to hiv transmission. HIV is only transmitted by having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus so none of these activities would transmit the virus. You had no risk and your wife is not in danger.

Yes, even if. These things do not make this a risk in any way, The risks are very specific and already given. Focus on the part where I said air and saliva inactivate the virus.
