Need all the advice i can get PLEASSEE!!!

Hello everyone, i really need all the advice i can get.
The thing is that my girlfriend recently informed me that she is HIV positive. We haven't had sex but i will list the situations that i think are risky, so please enlighten me on the matter at hand.
One time we where deep kissing for as much as a coupe of hours. She informed me that she had a canker soar in her mouth but i don't recall me having any cuts or soars then. The thing is after about 4 to 5 days i developed a soar throat for as long as 2 weeks and at the 2nd week my lymph glands where slightly swollen.it continued even a week and a half after but very slightly at that time i also developed a slight rash on my thighs and face (this is not uncommon to me since from time to time i do develop rashes especially on my face i don't remember them on my thighs). That is all i can remember.
Also once we where naked and for not more than 4 to 5 seconds we rubbed our gentiles on each other. I remember having her fluids on the top of my penis then.
Also she has given me several hand jobs and i have inserted my fingers in her vagina and had her fluids all over my fingers.

These are the situations that i think are risky for me please help me i really love the girl and i want to be there fo her but i need to know if i can get HIV from those incidents and what to do to protect myself

Thank you in advance for all your answers..................

You don't need to test. However you do need to use condoms for vaginal and anal sex until you two have tested together and received your status results.
