fear of hiv infection

I recently just had protected sex one night stand. During intercourse my belt was in the way she said hurting her. I took my pants off fully and after intercourse I was my hands and put my pants and belt back on. Problem is I have some bad scalp bumps which I later itched and it bled. Just wworried that if a bit of fluid was on my belt and got transfered to my hand which I later used to itch my scalp. What are my risk of infection pls?

Vance thank you for your reply. Being a very paranoid person and worrisome. I have a few othe scenarios. Let's say her vaginal fluid was on my shirt and I later used the shirt, the spot with the vaginal fluid to clean my bleeding scalp would I be at risk? I know she handled my shirt and could have got some fluid on there from her hands. 2) is there a risk if she gave me a hand job after rubbing her hands on her vagina?
