Benevolent People,
I have posted on this forum once before back when I had a sexual assault encounter. I have done roughly 9 antibody tests including my most recent 4 months on feb 3rd. All have been negative. I still very concerned only because well my risk was very high. I am a male sexually assaulted by another male on october 3rd. I was able to escape the incident with no ejaculation involved. My understanding is that the higher the risk, the longer someone needs to test out? The issue regarding people who are immune suppressed-- is that a definite reason someone would take 6 months?..or can a normal individual who is not immune suppressed or under IV drugs etc take that long (6 months). When I do contact the CDC and ask them why would someone take 6 months to serconv. they're like we dont know..anyone can not just individuals who are immune compromised. So I guess I am looking for a clear explaination. Where do I stand? Should I get tested at 6 months again..or am I GUARANTEED to be negative. A clear answer/explaination would be much appreciated. And if you dont know, kindly let me know so I may email the Doctors on this forum. Thank you for your kind help.
