Nope, HIV becomes inactive and incapable of infecting once out of the hosts body in the way you describe.

Chill out now and enjoy the weekend! :)

You do not need pep as you had no risk.

You would most probably not find a Dr who would be willing to prescribe it as you don't need it.

You really are okay to move on buddy!

Hi there.

You need to stop worrying for the below reasons:

1 - the blood would not have an active HIV virus as it was outside of the body.

2 - the guy who's blood it was most probably did not have HIV, if he did, he would have most certainly not left the blood there (not that this posed a risk anyway)

You have no way had an exposure to HIV. Forget this buddy, go and watch a film or listen to some music, HIV is no worry of yours from the situation you describe.

Best Wishes.

James

Hi there.

When blood leaves the body, the HIV infection becomes inactive,

I would say you have got yourself in a state about this and you are suffering the effects of anxiety, the symptoms are most definitely NOTHING to do with HIV.

Best Wishes.
