No, this would not be a risk or HIV concern.  HIV is only transmitted from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles. Transmission must take place inside the body.  Air inactivates the virus.  Water does not impact this.  So, this is in no way a risk.

From the day 20 after the encounter I am having a swollen submandibular lymph node. It is not going after taking antibiotics for 10 days also
It does not pain, and the size has increased
Now it is 42 days into the encounter
Your symptoms are irrelevant. Because you never had a risk. You've been provided with the only risks for HIV. None of those apply to your situation. Since you had no risk, of course there is nothing to test.
Hoping for the same, the symptoms are striking me out

day 21 - submandibular lymph node is swollen not going back to normal till now even after 10 days of antibiotic, it is increased
day 25 - 30 :  sore throat , very bad headache, pain from head back to the shoulders
day 36  - Lymph node behind the ear is little bumped up
day 40 - Neck stiffness

Please see your doctor about your symptoms.  Since you had no risk for HIV, the symptoms are not relevant to HIV.
