No, it is IMPOSSIBLE for you to have an HIV rash. You were never exposed to HIV.
Risks for HIV are:
1) Having unprotected, penetrative anal or vaginal sex, or
2) Sharing intravenous needles.
NOTHING else you can think of is a risk for HIV, including the events that you described. Forget about HIV - you don't have it.
