You mention that you are experiencing symptoms perhaps because of your anxiety making you paranoid. You know that does really happen. Psychosomatic symptoms are real. You also become hyper aware of every little bump, pain, ouch, ping in your body and because you are anxious, you attribute it to HIV. It's not. You have tested negative conclusively and your worry won't change that. I'd talk to your doctor about anxiety so you can move on.
You have tested conclusively negative. III and IV gen HIV antibody tests can rule out infection after 42 days from exposure.
You do not need to test any more. Symptoms have never been an indicator of HIV, your symptoms don't mean any thing as your test result overrides it.
It's time for you to move on.
