What could possibly my symptoms else than hiv?

Ok, I have lots to say, but want to make it as short as possible,

June 5 - was high on speed, had unprotected sex with a man (only and last time) -receptive I was. also i mention that i quit heavy drugs since that, i was not myself and got the biggest scare of my life of having just contracted hiv, so i have been drug free ever since

Situation made me stress, I had diarhea for about a week the following day. So I went to the doctor the following weekend, the 12th on a sunday night. The doc globally checked me, said nothing to worry about.

Time goes by, I havent felt the same in my body ever since, weird mild pain in groin area, sometimes testicules get more sensitive, and i had a persistent anal ulcer. bowel movements have been different ever since as well.

So this brings us to august 14, (10 weeks post-exposure). I am not the same and have super anxiety so convinced I have hiv I go for hiv test, i got results 7 days later, which was negative. reassurant, btu still worried about not feeling the same physically.

now on september 1st (12 weeks post-exposure) I start an ongoing headache situation, no fever, but skin feels warm as if fighting something, and it appears on shoulders, neck and sometimes chest.

screw the dates, 14 weeks post-exposure i had hiv test redone because symptoms worried me sick. still negative.

15 week post-exposure, i have this rash on elbows that resembles urticaires, and it is not the first time i have this at least once a year, but mouth feels dry compared to normal, and skin hasnt felt the same in face (sensitive when i shave, dry lips...

now i am in week 17, and headaches, warm skin feeling, dry mouth still persists as well as my alterning bowel movements (normal, loose, normal, loose, loose you get it lol)

Sorry if this is long, but I had to put all details I guess to get most accurate solution. I am asking, everyone says not to rely on symptoms, but these symptoms are really specific in my head since I always have been an healthy individual and barely get sick. now eversince that happened I havent felt the same, morally and physically.

Do you think I have hiv, or what on Earth other illness could cause all these weird symptoms?

Thanks, this is somewhat reassuring, made me smile, I havent in a while I must admit... I am waiting for other-than-sti-related-tests results possibly tomorrow... I hope they find whats wrong its driving me nawts... all the best u 2

I don,t know why your having all those symptoms,but one thing i do know is that you don,t have hiv and your negative test results are proof of this.They are final and conclusive.Your safe.All the best.
