pls help me............

I'm an indian, i had unprotected sex with a girl in the last week of july, I startd fallin sick, i had fever n was diagonosed with typhoid was treated for the same, I have this recurring throat infection for the past 9 months as well,and also i had red spots on my arm which go away, doctor said its due to allergy(Im allergic to AC),I got all the tests done it came bac negative....I startd getting tested for HIV ELisa method at 4, 6, 8, 10, n 11 weeks post exposure all came bac negative, I got the girl whom i had sex also tested at 8 weeks she s -ve as well...do u think i still need to wrry abt gettin tested again......pls reply

Hel no,..hapend to me 2,tho m nt indian,..i had sex around that time,the test is usualy very accur8 at week 8
