hiv ars symptoms

Are these symptoms of ars? So it all started by me getting low back pain on Jan 9. By Jan 10 I started getting a headache it slowly progressed on getting worse. On Jan 12 I went to get tested for std and hiv. The hiv test was a quick blood test that I was told that works like a pregnancy test. It was negative.  The std test took about 3 days and it was all negative. The pain in my back and headache got worse    by Jan 16 I was feeling bad. I never got a fever tho. Towards the end of January I started getting hip pain and groin pain when I stood for too long. I get pains thru out my body. Some pains on my muscles feel like I have been working out. Now about 3 days ago I started getting light diarrhea.  My appetite is still there tho. Idk what's wrong with me. I could've been exposed to hiv? Please help.

Unfortunately, you will have anxiety until you get tested within the appropriate times. Get a 4th gen test at 6-8 weeks for peace of mind and another at 3 months for conclusive result. From my experience, nothing else can help you move on. For now, try to cope with the anxiety as best as you can. Stay safe and good luck.

I had an exposure on Dec 29 the symptoms started on Jan 9. These headaches won't go away. Sometimes I get a stiff neck and I have a pain under my armpit.
