hiv seroconversion

hi I had a posible hiv exposure 8 -10 weeks ago and was wondering if the hep b vaccine and leptospirosis and the follow up antibootics for the desease could delay my seroconversion time. I have been tested negative but im really still concerned due to having all the symptoms of acute hiv?
Please help very worried :(

thanks mate i though antibiotics would not delay seroconversion. but was more worried about my body being so depleted from fighting leptospirosis and hep b sero antibodies conversion that my seroconversion for hiv would not have shown on my gene 4 test. thank you kindly for your concern it is a real help to me that anyone replied. i feel so depressed, if you could sheed anymore light on the subject would be much apprectiated  :(
