Question about testing

Hi,
I have tested negative with jmitra tri-dot test, when i called the company they were rather confused whether or not  it covers all strains   as it is made from antigens of subtype C for the indian market ( but the catalouge mentions it covers HIV 1 including c and o )  , since it has already been a long time(3 years) since my expouser i wish to be 100% sure about my status which test i should go for for a reconfirmation

1).PCR RNA test
2).A combo P24 + antobody test

Your advise

I believe this will be last post.Internet is such a confusing resource .Regarding my question above ,here is 1 doctor speculating wrongly about jmitra tridot ( blood bank test used in india)

http://www.healthcaremagic.com/questions/What-is-tridot-test/155578

Infact i mailed Jmitra and got a reply fromt there QA head that it detects all subtypes and got the WHO report too.

I am still not sure about hiv status but cetainly my mental status is not right.

All of the moderators here lizzie, teak, rainlover, vance you guys are doing a great job god bles you.
