HIV Risk from Tatoo

I got a tattoo about 2 weeks ago. The needle was new, it was sterilized. Rest hygiene standards were good. Used plastic and all in everything. Most importantly I was the first one there as soon as the shop opened, last person was at least 8-12 hours before, so the virus if was there could not have survived for so long. However I have lost a lot of weight, I cant say with certainty whether it has been only in the past 2 weeks. I have only 2questions:

1. What are my risks of infection?
2. Is there any such thing as HIV related anxiety? We live in a world where some exposure is always there but I am always freaking out even if there is no reasonable risk?
