Just wondering...

if one has protected vaginal sex, and the condom didnt break..should that person test..and if he does and the blood test comes back negative after 40 days is that conclusive?

You didn't need to test in the first place if you had protected sex. You never had a risk.

If you had any unprotected anal or vaginal sex less than 13 weeks prior to your test then your test would not be conclusive. You test, 13 weeks post the last UNPROTECTED sex. The protected sex didn't need to be tested for.

so a 6 week negative isnt conclusive with protected sex exposure

No, but if they do test it is conclusive unless they had an exposure less than 13 weeks before one tested.
