Hi there,
Have you gone for your HIV test? : o )
All medical personel are highly trained and are very caution. And it has been a standard practice that syringes/needles used in medical institutions or hospitals are disposable, not reusable.
Hence, you need not worry about such incident.
thank you for your answer. just now i want to have sex with my bf,but he doesn't like condom. as i know he has no other sex partners. and he had checked himself 7months before. after the test, there is jsut this time, when a young nurse checked a blood test for him but i dont konw if he will get hiv from that situation. so i am worried .
Do u think if a person take a blood test.and the nurse is very young. she tried twice to get blood to test. So is it possible that the nurse forgot to change the needle which had been used by other person, who may be a HIV injected?
if it is possible, shall the person to have hiv test? will he be injected?
Hi there,
Your riskis at best very low. The chances for HIV infection is almost zero.
I do not recommend testing in a one time incident like this. However, I do recommend all sexually active person to have full STI screening at least once or twice a year.
Cheers!
