Potentially HIV?

About 4 months ago, I had unprotected vaginal sex with a college girl in Connecticut twice. I only knew her for a short time but I got somewhat sick only a few days after. I'm not even exactly sure if I should be posting in the HIV prevention, but at this point I am just confused. I got a rash around the thighs for a day, mild fever, and a somewhat sore throat and various pains/itching/ burning in the body after the intercourse, which lasted for a few days. Then about 2 weeks later it came back. Then 4 weeks later it came back again. Any recurring time, there was no fever associated with it, but the random pains/itching/burning happened throughout the body. I noticed no lesions on my genital area that were signficant, but bottom of the penile head had small slits in it, and looked kind of wrinkly. They only hurt very little and usually only when i'd touch that area and those would only last for about 2-3 days or so. Since the throat soreness/ lymph node swelling in the neck was recurring, I thought it could be HIV because I no that also causes random pains/burning/itching (which were all migrating for the most part, and didnt last more than a minute max, but sometimes they would be rather sharp pains). All of this has been terribly frightening, and I only worry because I am generally healthy and almost never get sick, and when I do the symptoms aren't usually like this at all. Also, a red bump appeared on my arm near the wrist (about 3 months post exposure), it seemed as if it was some sort of growth and hurt for a few days until it began to harden and now its barely visible. Other things that weirded me out were how occasionally I might have a sharp pain near my groin lymph nodes, or another body part, and then it would fade within 5 minutes or so. I got bloodtests at 1 week post exposure (all negative), and then another blood test for everything but HIV at 5 weeks post exposure( all negative, and hsv-2 was even lower than the first blood test i had). I went to the doctor at 11 weeks post exposure, and he checked me out to tell me that it was probably seasonal allergies, but i didn't think seasonal allergies could do that much damage in terms of nerve pains. He said my glands were somewhat swollen, but the absence of fever with the symptoms, along with the absence of serious fatigue, oral thrush and very painful lymph nodes (mine were swollen but not too painful) lead him to believe it wasnt HIV. I told him I've never been allergic to anything before and he said it can develop at any age to things such as pollen, etc. As of today, I've had the worst sore throat for the past 9 days, it's somewhat red and became more red yesterday on the roof of the mouth near the tonsils. Lymph nodes have been seriously swollen in the neck, not so much in the armpits or groin area, no fever, but many random pains again all over my body. The "slits" kind of appeared on my penile shaft again, and they hurt for the past 2 days but not so much right now. I asked the girl if she got tested and she said yes about 2 months after we had sex and said she was negative for everything. I don't know if i trust her though.

I'm so confused and lost as to what any of this might be and I just don't want it to be something terrible so I figured I would post on here, I'm going to get bloodwork done this friday just to be sure but I have been stressing out so hard as to thinking this is either HIV, herpes, or something else that is chronic and uncurable. I'm pretty sure it's not lyme disease cuz i don't go into the woods or greenery often.

k i understand that it is most likely not that, but do you have any idea what it could be besides that? The random pains are becoming worse and more frequent, and the sore throat has been going on for over a week.
